Originally constructed in 1898, the five-story building now home to Swope Rodante Law Firm is a distinguished Local and National Historic Landmark in Tampa’s Ybor City. Once the tallest structure in the area, it has long stood as a symbol of the city’s industrial and cultural evolution. The adaptive reuse and 30,000-square-foot renovation project honors the building’s historic character while transforming it into a modern legal office. ​
