Deland, FL​

This new Student Welcome Center located in the Historic District of Deland and on the Campus of Stetson University, was a Design/Build project completed with Williams Company. Incorporating historic features like brick patterns with modern components such as large panels of green glass served as a symbol that Stetson is both rooted in the past but looking toward the future. ​

This 30,000 SF building serves as the first experience for freshman students and as the Alumni Center, again merging the old with the new.​
