Inspired by the Hindu Sun God Surya, this estate blends traditional Indian palace architecture with contemporary design. Drawing from the rich heritage of Rajasthan, the estate features red sandstone cladding, intricate carvings, and a harmonious geometric layout rooted in Hindu architectural principles. ​

Key elements include scalloped arches, domed chhatris, overhanging jharokhas, and ornate jalis, all arranged around a central axis for symmetry and balance. The estate is entered through a grand gatehouse, evoking the feel of a city archway.​

The main building consists of a ceremonial hall flanked by two residential wings. Traditional motifs are juxtaposed with modern interventions: a soaring double-helix staircase, a central glass dome, and a sweeping steel-and-glass bridge offering panoramic lake views. Each residential wing is uniquely tailored to its occupants.​

Additional structures include three guest cottages arranged around a shared courtyard and a maintenance building. Altogether, the estate is a celebration of light, craftsmanship, and cultural resonance.​
