Florida Orthopaedic Institute converted an existing bookstore into a new medical facility for their organization. This facility holds 3 clinics for physical therapy, imaging and administrative services. With high ceilings and 28,000 square feet of area, gracious space that allows clients to easily navigate and find their needed services was created. A dynamic lobby displaying some of the unique artwork and artifacts owned by the organization is central to the design. This is one of six facilities owned by this organization for which the firm has provided services over the last 15 years.​
